You’re needing assistance to:

  • Become a more effective leader or to develop the skills needed to take their career to the next level. Perhaps you’d like to identify a way to lead others that’s aligned to your personality or values. Or, you may wish to develop your influencing skills, confidence or to learn how to effectively lead your team.
  • Find greater meaning in your work. You’re established and successful at what you do but want to find greater meaning in your work. You want to clarify your purpose, make a greater impact in your role and bring the best version of yourself to what you do.
  • Develop a healthier lifestyle balance. Your role takes up a lot of time and energy and you need support to balance managing your team and own workload. You need to develop your time management skills to create space for important, strategic decisions and better balance across all areas of your life.
  • Define your career development goals and establish a plan to achieve them.
  • Improve your mindset. You’re a high-achiever, ambitious and need practical tools to help manage perfectionism, maintain your mental and physical health or prevent burn-out.
  • Stop micromanaging. You’re used to doing everything yourself. You want to let go of control, learn to delegate and give your team members more responsibility and autonomy.
  • Build confidence and client development skills. You’re amazing at what you do, but your lack of confidence with business development is holding you back in your career. You need help to improve your negotiation skills, self-belief and support to put yourself out there and grow your client base.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Stacey works with medium to large consulting firms and professional services organisations in niche industries including law, accounting, finance, HR, insurance and business consulting. Her clients are experts in their fields, committed to excellence and continually developing their high-performing employees to achieve greater success.

Stacey helps your new managers or high-potential employees become better leaders or develop the skills to take their careers to the next level. They’re highly driven, successful and seek greater satisfaction and meaning in their work, healthier lifestyle balance or to make more of an impact in their roles. Dedicated to their personal and professional development, your employees are invested in the executive coaching process and prepared to do the work required to reach their full potential.

How we’ll work together

Delivered by our founder Stacey Back, our executive coaching process draws on her decade of experience in recruitment, corporate consulting and running her own successful consulting business. She understands the issues impacting employee motivation, job performance and turnover decisions within professional services.

Stacey witnessed firsthand the growing skills shortages and challenges experienced by professional services organisations to attract and secure top talent. Vacancies regularly remained open for 6 months or more. It was also not uncommon for firms to recruit the same position a year or two later due to turnover – after paying thousands of dollars in recruitment fees and investing significant resources into inducting and training new employees.

As technology continues to impact the way we work and the skills needed by modern workers change at a rapid pace, businesses need a workforce adaptable to future market change. Stacey’s solution is to support companies to invest in developing, engaging and retaining the top talent they already have. She helps organisations understand why their employees leave, what they need to do to develop their best people and create a fulfilling workplace culture.

Stacey’s approach is highly strategic, structured and tailored to your business requirements. Prior to commencing any coaching engagement, she will meet with you to discuss your business history, current situation, business goals and employee development needs. She’ll then suggest an appropriate solution which may also combine group programs or corporate training with 1:1 executive coaching.

Our executive coaching process starts by working with the employee and their direct supervisor to establish specific, measurable goals for the duration of the coaching program. Stacey then works through a structured methodology to deliver on both individual employee and organisational outcomes. Coaching sessions occur directly between Stacey and the individual employee. She also maintains contact with the coachee’s supervisor throughout the coaching engagement.
